Terms of use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 1 November 2026 · Provider: Josip Domazet, Millergasse 17/1, 1060 Wien, Austria.
1. The service
ETF Weight is a hosted software tool that lets you combine fund allocations and calculate reported country and company exposure. It also compares country exposure with public economic indicators. The service is for information and education. It is not a financial service, investment recommendation, portfolio management service, brokerage service or tax/legal advice.
2. No investment advice or suitability assessment
Nothing on the site is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold or weight any security, fund, country or currency. We do not assess your circumstances, risk tolerance, tax position or objectives. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Investments can fall as well as rise; past performance and current holdings do not predict future results.
3. Data and calculations
Holdings and benchmark data are snapshots from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Country is the issuer-organised country reported in Form N-PORT unless a page says otherwise; it is not revenue exposure. We show coverage, residual and missing values rather than inventing data. You must not rely on the service as a substitute for a fund's prospectus, KID, annual report or official filing.
4. Accounts
You must provide an email address you control, keep your password secure and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, unlawful activity, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, or interference with the service. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
5. Premium, payments and consumer rights
Paid features are optional and are shown on the Premium page. When payments are enabled, the Stripe Payment Link displays the price, currency, tax and billing interval before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through Stripe or by contacting josip.domazet.vibe@gmail.com; access continues for the period already paid. Where EU/Austrian consumer withdrawal rights apply, contact josip.domazet.vibe@gmail.com. Immediate access to digital content may be requested at checkout, in which case the statutory withdrawal right can be lost once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or overload the service, bypass rate limits or subscription gates, scrape the catalogue at scale, upload malware, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful or infringing activity. We may apply technical limits and block abusive traffic.
7. Intellectual property and third-party data
The original software, interface, text and data visualisations are protected by applicable rights. Public SEC filings and World Bank data remain subject to their own terms and attribution requirements. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal or internal business analysis. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically extract the catalogue or derived data without written permission and any required upstream licence. See Data & sources.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream outages, data revisions and security measures may interrupt access. We may change or withdraw features. Material changes to paid benefits will be communicated before the next renewal where required.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect and consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory Austrian/EU consumer rights remain unaffected. Data is provided “as is” and without a warranty of fitness for a particular investment purpose.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Austrian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. Please contact josip.domazet.vibe@gmail.com first. We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration before a specific dispute. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued; Austrian consumers may contact the Internet Ombudsstelle where its scope applies.
11. Contact
Josip Domazet, Millergasse 17/1, 1060 Wien, Austria. Email: josip.domazet.vibe@gmail.com.
These terms are a production baseline, not individual legal advice. Austrian/EU counsel should review the final business identity, withdrawal flow, tax display and subscription cancellation wording before payments are enabled.
